Your journey includes private tastings at renowned wineries like Robert Young Estate—where we shared one of our first dates—and the historic Buena Vista Winery, which Eric once managed. Culinary delights await at our favorite spots, including Dry Creek Kitchen and The Matheson .
But what truly sets our Adventures apart is the music. Joining us once again is the incomparable trumpet great Rick Braun, along with the sensational vocalist Rebecca Jade—both performing private shows in unforgettable settings. And to top it all off, a grand finale evening with your host, Mindi Abair.

Day 1, Sunday
Welcome to Our Home: A Sparkling Beginning!
Welcome to the start of your unforgettable journey through the heart of Sonoma! From your hotel in our quaint town of Healdsburg, your Adventure begins with a sparkling wine reception with your hosts Mindi & Eric. We will taste a few of the local wines and learn a little about your fellow Adventurers… and Mindi might play a song or two to get the week started right! Then to an elegant dinner at a restaurant loved by those who know it best—the locals.

Day 2, Monday
Discover The Very Heart Of Sonoma
There’s just something magical about Sonoma Valley—maybe it’s the deep wine roots going back to the 1800s, or the way the land gives life to such a wide variety of world-class wines. One of the highlights? We’ll take you to a winery Eric managed years ago—now one of the top estates in the valley—for a private tasting, an incredible lunch, and an inspiring show by Rebecca Jade. Then, get ready for a special afternoon. You will visit a brewery… but not just any brewery, the one that crafts the world's finest and most sought after beer - The Russian River Brewing Co! That evening you will dine at the restaurant of Healdsburg’s most famous chef, Charlie Palmer. This is Sonoma like you’ve never experienced it before.
Day 3, Tuesday
Where Legendary Wines & Love Created A Pairing Magic
Tucked into the rolling hills just north of Healdsburg, Alexander Valley is where sun-drenched vineyards meet the artistry of winemaking. Celebrated for its plush Cabernet Sauvignon and rich Chardonnays, the region blends rustic charm with refined elegance. On this unforgettable day, we’ll privatize one of its most iconic wineries—Robert Young Estate Winery—a place where Eric and Mindi shared one of their very first dates. Get ready for an extraordinary private tasting, a live show from the legendary Rick Braun, and a lobster feast that may change your life, then onto the legendary Ridge Winery to cap off a perfect day.
Day 4, Wednesday
Explore Amazing Healdsburg & The Grand Finalé
Here you will have some free-time to explore what the Wall Street Journal once proclaimed “The Finest Luxury Town In America”, downtown Healdsburg, a vibrant hub celebrated for its farm-to-table dining experiences, boutique shopping, and just pure awesomeness. Of course, Eric & Mindi will give you a list of their favorite spots. Then, onto one of the finest wineries, and another Eric managed in his past life, in all of Sonoma, Gary Farrell Winery. Then onto the Iconic 1943 Martin Ray Winery and a grand finale night featuring Mindi and her friends bringing the house down with our signature last night dinner together.
Day 5, Thursday
A Special Goodbye & Off To Our Next Adventures
Goodbyes are never easy… so we always choose to linger a little longer. We’ll close out our Adventure with a heartfelt farewell gathering—one last chance to laugh, reminisce, and toast to the memories. And yes, you can count on a glass of local sparkling wine to send you off in style.
