Welcome to our hometown of Healdsburg in the heart of Sonoma wine country, a special place that Condé Nast named one of the finest cities in the US.
We invite you into our world… where our friendships with winemakers, chefs, and musicians will create an unforgettable Adventure just for you. An intimate group trip, you’ll start each day from the boutique Hotel Healdsburg in the center of our charming town.
Every moment is personally curated by us. We’ll take you to the world-renowned regions of Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley and Sonoma Valley. Along the way, you’ll enjoy private winery visits to the uber-luxury Robert Young Winery, the site of one of our very first dates, and a winery that Eric used to manage, the legendary Buena Vista Winery. We’ll visit the most sought after cult brewery in the world, the Russian River Brewing Co (yes, this is beer in Sonoma as well… trust us … we know our alcohol).
Oh, you will eat… and eat very well at our favorite Sonoma restaurants including dinner at The Dry Creek Kitchen, and a private lunch that may include more lobster than you’ve ever seen in one place, and of course, dinner at the most popular restaurant in Healdsburg, The Matheson. You’ll understand why when you visit!
We love to eat and drink, but what sets our Adventures apart is the music… a truly exclusive experience you won’t find anywhere else. Mindi will host intimate private concerts with her guest musicians, set in stunning locations across picturesque Sonoma. Some past artists have included Vincent Ingala, Richard Elliot, Peter White and Rick Braun.

The level of detail and excellence we require from our partners—the hotel, wineries, restaurants, musicians, and cultural destinations—takes months to curate, and occasionally adjustments must be made due to circumstances beyond our control, and some prestige wineries & restaurants only allow us to book within 6 months of our dates. Rest assured, we are fully committed to delivering an exceptional experience and will always provide the absolute finest adventure possible, no matter what changes may arise.

Welcome to the start of your unforgettable journey through the heart of Sonoma! From your hotel in our quaint town of Healdsburg, your Adventure begins with a sparkling wine reception with your hosts Mindi & Eric. We will taste a few of the local wines and learn a little about your fellow Adventurers… and Mindi might play a song or two to get the week started right! Then to an elegant dinner at a restaurant loved by those who know it best—the locals.

Discover The Very Heart Of Sonoma
There’s just something magical about Sonoma Valley—maybe it’s the deep wine roots going back to the 1800s, or the way the land gives life to such a wide variety of world-class wines. One of the highlights? We’ll take you to a winery Eric managed years ago—now one of the top estates in the valley—for a private tasting, an incredible lunch, and an inspiring show. That evening you will dine at the restaurant of Healdsburg’s most famous chef, Charlie Palmer. This is Sonoma like you’ve never experienced it before.

Tucked into the rolling hills just north of Healdsburg, Alexander Valley is where sun-drenched vineyards meet the artistry of winemaking. Celebrated for its plush Cabernet Sauvignon and rich Chardonnays, the region blends rustic charm with refined elegance. On this unforgettable day, we’ll privatize one of its most iconic wineries—Robert Young Estate Winery—a place where Eric and Mindi shared one of their very first dates. Get ready for an extraordinary private tasting, a live show, and a lobster feast that may change your life.

Here you will have some free-time to explore what the Wall Street Journal once proclaimed “The Finest Luxury Town In America”, downtown Healdsburg, a vibrant hub celebrated for its farm-to-table dining experiences, boutique shopping, and just pure awesomeness. Of course, Eric & Mindi will give you a list of their favorite spots. Then, get ready for an afternoon that will create memories for a lifetime. You will visit a brewery… but not just any brewery, the one that crafts the world's finest beer! Then onto a grand finale night featuring Mindi and her friends bringing the house down with our signature last night dinner together.

A Luxury Extension Day To Immerse In The ‘Best Of The Best’
For those opting to extend their journey, this day begins with an exquisite lunch at the ultra-luxurious Montage Healdsburg, where culinary artistry meets breathtaking vineyard vistas in an atmosphere of serene sophistication. We’ll make a private visit for a wine experience like no other, and our evening will conclude with an extraordinary Michelin starred dining experience at an iconic Sonoma restaurant — so exclusive, its details will be announced shortly to ensure every guest can savor this once-in-a-lifetime culinary finale.

Galactic Princess Of Music
During her remarkable 24-year recording career, saxophonist/vocalist Mindi Abair has garnered 2 GRAMMY nominations, recorded with some of the biggest names in music, and built a substantial following among jazz and blues audiences with her soaring melodies and powerhouse style. In 2014, Mindi received her first GRAMMY nomination in the Best Pop Instrumental Album category for Summer Horns with Dave Koz, Richard Elliot and Gerald Albright, followed by a 2015 GRAMMY nomination for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album for her solo LP Wild Heart featuring the late Gregg Allman, Joe Perry, Trombone Shorty, Booker T. Jones, Keb’ Mo’, and Max Weinberg.
You might know her as the featured saxophonist on American Idol, sitting in with Paul Shaffer on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Roots on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, or from moonlighting on tour with Duran Duran or Aerosmith. As a solo artist, she has consistently topped the Billboard Contemporary Jazz and Blues charts.
Mindi wrote the book “How To Play Madison Square Garden – A Guide To Stage Performance” and served 10 years as an LA Chapter Governor, President and National Trustee for The Recording Academy.
