Join two-time Grammy nominee singer/saxophonist Mindi Abair and her wine expert husband Eric Guerra for an intimate food, wine, and music adventure like no other!
This small group experience (45 people or less) will immerse you in the world-renowned wine region of Provence in Southern France. You’ll visit the famous region of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, drink the wines of Southern Rhône, roam the ancient streets of Avignon, visit the coral blue sea of Cassis, and visit the Rosé wine mecca of Aix-en-Provence. Starting each day from your 5-star hotel in the quaint village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, enjoy daily shows in stunning locations featuring Mindi and her incredible special guest musicians. This itinerary is evolving and may change as it is a highly customized experience. The exacting details we require of our partners, the hotel, the wineries, the restaurants, the musicians and the cultural locations take many months to curate. The musicians are exceptional French talent selected by Mindi showcasing the finest artists of the country. The wineries & restaurants are selected by Eric to be the finest available with each day showcasing the local excellence. We are always in the process of refining and will make the details available when everything is as perfect as we … and you …expect it to be.
Day 1, Sunday
Bonjour From Provence, France!
Welcome to the start of your unforgettable luxury journey through the heart of Provence! From your 5-star hotel in the quaint town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, your Adventure begins with a sparkling wine reception with your hosts Mindi & Eric. We will taste a few of the local wines and learn a little about your fellow Adventurers… and Mindi might play a song or two to get the week started right! This is followed by an exquisite group dinner featuring gourmet Provençal cuisine.

Day 2, Monday
Southern Rhône, Châteauneuf du Pape & Avignon… oh my!
We will geek-out in the famous Southern Rhône region and the renowned robust red wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. You will experience a private winery visit, outstanding regional lunch and a show of a local artist all amongst the vineyards. Then, enjoy walking through the ancient streets of Avignon along with a visit to the Palais des Papes. Finally, hosted by a husband/wife team, you will dine in one of the finest Michele recognized restaurants in all of France.

Day 3, Tuesday
The Rosé Wines & Art Of Coteaux d’Aix en Provence
You will start your day where rolling vineyards, sun-kissed hills, and lavender fields create a picturesque backdrop with a visit to a winery that is recognized for it’s collectable art, food and wine. After a lunch showcasing the regions renowned rosé wines, enjoy a private show on the grounds hosted by Mindi and friends. Followed by a walk of Aix-en-Provence, renowned for its elegant architecture and streets lined with fountains. Finally, we will dine together back in Saint-Rémy and enjoy cocktails at the craft bar.

Day 4, Wednesday
To The Mediterranean Coast
With its azure waters, sun-drenched beaches, and picturesque seaside villages as your setting, this day you will remember for the beauty of the views and the refreshing and aromatic qualities of the wines, all perfectly complemented by the bountiful seafood. Enjoy a private winery visit, followed by lunch & show of a local artist curated by Mindi with the Mediterranean sea as your backdrop. Take time to wander the little village of Cassis before heading back to your hotel for dinner together and cocktails at the craft bar (of course).

Your Me-Time, Lights & The Grand Finalé
A perfect morning and early afternoon to enjoy your 5-star hotel and it's stunning spa with some quiet time to walk the streets of Saint-Rémy while dipping into a café for lunch on your own. Then get ready to be mesmerized by an extraordinary immersive Monet light & sound experience set within an ancient limestone quarry. Your Featured host, Mindi Abair, will perform a mind-blowing experience you won’t soon forget. A grand day deserves a grand dinner with all of our new friends and family. Then, cocktails at the bar (of course).

Mindi Abair
Galactic Princess Of Music
During her remarkable 23-year recording career, saxophonist/vocalist Mindi Abair has garnered 2 GRAMMY nominations, recorded with some of the biggest names in music, and built a substantial following among jazz and blues audiences with her soaring melodies and powerhouse style. In 2014, Mindi received her first GRAMMY nomination in the Best Pop Instrumental Album category for Summer Horns with Dave Koz, Richard Elliot and Gerald Albright, followed by a 2015 GRAMMY nomination for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album for her solo LP Wild Heart featuring the late Gregg Allman, Joe Perry, Trombone Shorty, Booker T. Jones, Keb’ Mo’, and Max Weinberg.
You might know her as the featured saxophonist on American Idol, sitting in with Paul Shaffer on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Roots on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, or from moonlighting on tour with Duran Duran or Aerosmith. As a solo artist, she has consistently topped the Billboard Contemporary Jazz and Blues charts.
Mindi wrote the book “How To Play Madison Square Garden – A Guide To Stage Performance” and served 10 years as an LA Chapter Governor, President and National Trustee for The Recording Academy.

Author of the highly acclaimed “When Great Wine Is Not Enough - A Wine Sales & Marketing Guide For Wineries, Négotiants & Wine Brand Owners”, Eric was named 2018 North Bay Business Journal Winery Sales & Marketing Officer Of The Year. With over 20 years of wine experience, he’s managed or sold over 20 million cases and developed over 500+ wine brands. Eric is a wine author, winery executive, fine wine investor, label designer, and wine public speaker.
