From the moment you arrive, you’re immersed in Mendoza’s effortless beauty. We’ll welcome you with an intimate reception hosted by Mindi and Eric—your first glass of Argentine wine in hand, surrounded by new friends and endless vineyard views. As the golden hour settles in, we gather for a relaxed, beautifully prepared dinner at Nube Restaurant—an elegant, unhurried beginning to a week that promises to be unforgettable.

Iconic Estates, Lively Energy & An Unforgettable Night
Today, Mendoza reveals its soul. We begin at LVMH’s famed Terrazas de los Andes, where vineyards stretch toward the mountains and every pour feels deeply connected to the land. From there, we move to Anaia Winery, where lunch unfolds in a vibrant, sun-drenched setting—music, breathtaking architecture, and beautifully crafted dishes bringing the afternoon to life. As evening approaches, the experience deepens at El Enemigo, where a multi-course dinner at Casa Vigil becomes something far more than a meal—rich wines, layered stories, and an atmosphere that feels intimate, immersive, and quietly extraordinary.

Flavors of the Land & Firelit Evenings Under the Stars
We ease into the day at Corazón de Lunlunta, where olive oils, balsamics, and the rhythms of the countryside offer a different expression of Mendoza’s beauty. Then, as the afternoon unfolds, we gather at Piattelli Vineyards for a traditional Argentine asado—open flames, slow cooking, flowing wines, and conversation that lingers as long as the sunset. As night falls, the energy shifts at Angelica Cocina Maestra, where dinner transforms into an immersive evening of tango—the vibrant, sensory celebration of Argentina’s passion and spirit.

The day begins at Catena Zapata, an architectural icon rising from the vineyards like something out of a dream—where history, design, and world-class wine converge in a setting that feels both grand and timeless. We continue to Chandon for a sparkling wine experience and leisurely lunch, light and celebratory in tone. After a moment to unwind back at the hotel, the evening unfolds at Finca Decero, where candlelight flickers and music envelops you in the private barrel room, then a chef’s dinner is impeccably paired with each wine.

For those who choose to continue, we arrive in Buenos Aires and check into the legendary five star Alvear Palace Hotel—a true Belle Époque masterpiece in the heart of Recoleta, where European elegance, impeccable service, and refined surroundings set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Each morning begins with a private Champagne breakfast, setting a relaxed and indulgent rhythm for the days ahead.
That evening, we step into the world of Rojo Tango—an intimate, atmospheric performance where dinner, music, and movement bring Argentina’s passion to life in a setting that feels both seductive and immersive, complemented by a selection of Argentina’s finest wines.
The next day begins at a leisurely pace before we gather at the extraordinary Palacio Paz, a historic palace of sweeping halls and timeless grandeur, reserved for a private, elevated lunch experience. As the afternoon unfolds, Mindi delivers a rare and intimate performance—transforming this iconic setting into something deeply personal. After time to return and unwind at the Alvear Palace, the evening builds to a spectacular finale at the 2-Michelin Star Aramburu, one of Argentina’s most celebrated dining experiences, where a multi-course tasting menu is paired with some of Argentina’s most sought-after cult wines. During her remarkable 25-year recording career, saxophonist/vocalist Mindi Abair has garnered 2 GRAMMY nominations, recorded with some of the biggest names in music, and built a substantial following among jazz and blues audiences with her soaring melodies and powerhouse style. In 2014, Mindi received her first GRAMMY nomination in the Best Pop Instrumental Album category for Summer Horns with Dave Koz, Richard Elliot and Gerald Albright, followed by a 2015 GRAMMY nomination for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album for her solo LP Wild Heart featuring the late Gregg Allman, Joe Perry, Trombone Shorty, Booker T. Jones, Keb’ Mo’, and Max Weinberg.
You might know her as the featured saxophonist on American Idol, sitting in with Paul Shaffer on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Roots on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, or from moonlighting on tour with Duran Duran or Aerosmith. As a solo artist, she has consistently topped the Billboard Contemporary Jazz and Blues charts.
Mindi wrote the book “How To Play Madison Square Garden – A Guide To Stage Performance” and served 10 years as an LA Chapter Governor, President and National Trustee for The Recording Academy.
